Your use of ibrick’s services, including our website and digital learning platform, is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.
If you are found to be in violation of these policies, as determined by ibrick in its sole discretion, we may issue a warning,
suspend, or terminate your account. We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to
stay informed of and adhere to the most current version posted here.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to do any of the following while using ibrick’s services:
1. Unlawful or Harmful Content
Do not post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit any content that:
- Infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights (patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights).
- Violates privacy or publicity rights.
- Is false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
- Is defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Promotes discrimination, racism, bigotry, hatred, harassment, or harm against any person or group.
- Encourages or promotes illegal, violent, or harmful activities.
2. Unauthorized Access & Security Violations
You may not:
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our services, computer systems, or technical infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any ibrick system or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Bypass, remove, disable, or otherwise circumvent any security protections implemented by ibrick or third-party providers.
3. Misuse of Services
You may not:
- Use or mirror ibrick’s name, trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without explicit written consent.
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools) to access or extract data from our services.
- Send unsolicited promotional materials (spam, junk mail, chain letters, or similar forms of solicitation).
- Interfere with the normal operation of ibrick services, including introducing viruses, overloading servers, or disrupting network operations.
- Use a regular (consumer) subscription for any commercial, institutional, or classroom purpose. Regular subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use by a single household only. Any other use - including classrooms, after-school programs, camps, clubs, libraries, tutoring, paid events, public display, resale, or creating content for sale - requires a separate organization/school license or prior written consent from ibrick.
- Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or access credentials. One subscription = one household.
4. Unauthorized Use of Personal Data
You may not:
- Collect, store, or share personally identifiable information of other users without their explicit consent.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
5. Violation of Laws & Encouraging Misconduct
You may not:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.
- Encourage or enable anyone else to engage in activities prohibited by this policy.
Enforcement & Consequences
Although we are not obligated to monitor user activity, we reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates this policy. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account.
- Report violations to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.
