Cancellation Policy
- Commitment Periods & Renewals
When you subscribe to ibrick, you commit to the full term of your chosen plan (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month). Subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term, but you may turn off auto-renewal at any time by contacting our support team.
- After your commitment period ends, your subscription will automatically renew for the same commitment term at the current subscription rate.
- For example:
- A 12-month subscription will renew for another 12 months.
- A 6-month subscription will renew for another 6 months.
- A 3-month subscription will renew for another 3 months.
- After your commitment period ends, your subscription will automatically renew for the same commitment term at the current subscription rate.
- Cancellation of Auto-Renewal
To cancel auto-renewal, email us at Support@ibrick-k.com at least 3 days before your plan renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- If your billing date has already passed, the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.

- Early Cancellations
Subscriptions cannot be canceled before the end of the plan you chose. For example, a 12-month plan must be completed in full — it cannot be stopped after 4 or 7 months. The same applies to 3- and 6-month plans. - Customer Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out to us. While early cancellation is not generally available, our support team will do their best to assist you.
