Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint was done so in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to request reinstatement. A valid Counter-Notice must include:
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Submit your Counter-Notice to Support@ibrick-k.com. If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may reinstate the removed content unless the original complainant seeks a court order to prevent this.
