LEGAL AGREEMENT: By participating in the ibrick Jan-Feb 2026 Giveaway, you agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules. These rules constitute a Binding Contract between you and ibrick, Inc.. This agreement includes your grant of rights to the Sponsor and an indemnity from you, as well as a limitation of your legal rights and available remedies. Please review these terms carefully before entering.

1. THE GIVEAWAY SPONSOR

The sponsor of this promotion is ibrick, Inc. (referred to in these rules as “ibrick,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”). This Giveaway is strictly a brand promotion and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Any questions or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to ibrick, Inc. and not to any third-party social media platform.

2. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY

To ensure a fair experience for our community, participation is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time of entry:

Geographic Scope: You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
Age Requirements: This Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
Minor Participation: While we celebrate young builders, all entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting an entry, the parent or guardian consents to the child’s participation and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules on the minor’s behalf.
Active Membership: This Giveaway is designed for our community of creators and is open to those who have access to an ibrick kit.
Exclusions: To maintain the integrity of the drawing, directors, officers, and employees of ibrick, Inc., as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to win.
Compliance: All participants must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account and an internet connection to complete the entry process.

3. THE GIVEAWAY WINDOW

The window of opportunity to participate in this Giveaway is as follows:

Active Period: The Giveaway begins on January 25, 2026, and concludes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on February 25, 2026.
Master Clock: ibrick’s computer systems will serve as the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.
Deadline: To be considered for the drawing, your entry must be fully recorded by our system before the period ends. Any submission attempted after this time will be ineligible.

4. PRIZE DETAILS & CONDITIONS

The Reward: Three (3) randomly selected winners will receive a special gift from ibrick - a $100 Amazon gift card.
Non-Transferable: The Prize is personal to the winners and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person.
No Cash Value: There is no cash alternative or "buy-out" option for the Prize.
Substitution Rights: ibrick reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Taxes & Costs: The winners is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with accepting and using the Prize.

5. PARTICIPATION STEPS (HOW TO ENTER)

To officially join the Giveaway, participants must complete the following actions through our supported social media platforms (Facebook or Instagram) during the Giveaway Period:

Step 1: Engagement. "Like" the official ibrick giveaway announcement post and leave a comment.
Step 2: The Build Showcase. Share a Story on your Facebook or Instagram profile featuring an original build created with an ibrick kit (this can be an invention or a favorite model).
Step 3: Tagging. You must tag the official ibrick account (@ibrick_usa) in your Story so that we can record your entry.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): No purchase or kit ownership is necessary to enter or win. To enter without a purchase or without a building kit, hand-print your full name, mailing address, and email address on a 3x5-inch card and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: ibrick Giveaway, 108 w. 13th street, suite 100 wilmington, DE 19801. Mail-in entries must be received by February 25th, 2026.
Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per household.

Important Entry Notes:

Account Settings: Your social media profile must be set to "Public" during the Giveaway Period so that your Story and tags are visible to our team.
Completion: Only entries that successfully complete all three steps will be considered valid and entered into the drawing.
Single Entry Only: Unlike some giveaways that allow daily participation, this Giveaway is limited to one (1) entry per person/household.

6. CONTENT & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for our community, all shared builds and stories (your "Submission") must adhere to the following rules:

Originality: Every build must be your own original work (or the original work of the child for whom you are entering).
Third-Party Rights: Your Submission must not include any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or intellectual property owned by others.
Respectful Content: Submissions must not contain any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful, as determined at the sole discretion of ibrick.
Privacy: Do not include identifiable personal information (like home addresses or phone numbers) within the image or video of your build Story.
Collaborations: If more than one person works on a build, only the individual who performs the entry will be considered the "Entrant" and eligible to receive the Prize.

7. SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS (RAFFLE)

The winners will be determined through a random drawing to ensure an equal opportunity for all valid participants:

The Drawing: After the Giveaway Period ends, one (1) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.
Finality: The random selection is final and binding in all respects.

8. WINNERS NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING THE PRIZE

Notification: We will reach out to the potential winners via Direct Message (DM) on the social media platform used for entry AND via Email (if an email address is on file or provided)
Deadline to Claim: The potential winners must respond and claim the prize within five (5) business days of the notification attempt.
Forfeiture: If the winners does not claim the prize within this window, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winners selected at random from the remaining entries.

9. FAIR PLAY & DISQUALIFICATION

To keep the raffle fair for every ibrick member, we enforce these simple rules:

One Person, One Chance: If we discover that an entrant used multiple email addresses, fake social media profiles, or "burner" accounts to enter more than once, all of those entries will be disqualified immediately.
No Robots: Entries must be made by real people. Using any automated software or "bot" to enter will result in a permanent ban from this and future giveaways.
Employee Exclusion: To avoid any appearance of bias, ibrick employees and their immediate families (people living in the same house) cannot win.
Right to Cancel: If someone tries to "hack" or game the system in a way that makes the raffle unfair, ibrick reserves the right to stop the giveaway or pick a winners from the honest entries only

10. CONTENT RIGHTS & USAGE LICENSE

By participating and sharing your "build story," you agree to the following regarding your submission:

Ownership: You confirm that the build and the media (photo/video) are your original work and do not violate any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Usage Rights: You grant ibrick, Inc. a permanent, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use, repost, and edit your submission.
Marketing: We may feature your build on our official website, social media pages, and in digital advertisements to celebrate our community's creativity.
No Compensation: You understand that you will not receive any payment or royalties for ibrick’s use of your shared content beyond the chance to win the raffle prize.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering this Giveaway, you (and your parent/guardian, if applicable) agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You participate in this giveaway and use ibrick products at your own risk. ibrick is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the creation of your build.
General Release: You release ibrick, Inc., its employees, and its affiliates from any and all claims, costs, or liabilities arising from your participation or the use/misuse of the prize.
Platform Release: You acknowledge that this giveaway is in no way managed by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and release them from any liability related to this promotion.

12. GOVERNING LAW

Jurisdiction: These rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
Dispute Resolution: Any legal disputes arising from this Giveaway will be handled individually within the courts of that state.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q: Does my child need their own social media account to enter? A: No. In fact, for safety and legal reasons, all entries must be posted by a parent or legal guardian (18+) using their own Facebook or Instagram account.

Q: Can I enter more than once if my kids make multiple builds? A: We love the creativity, but to keep the raffle fair for everyone, we only allow one entry per household. Pick your absolute favorite build to share for the raffle!

Q: What if I don't have an ibrick kit yet? A: No problem! While we love seeing ibrick creations, you can still enter for free by following the "Alternative Method of Entry" (mailing in a 3x5 card) listed in our full Official Rules.

Q: Does my social media account have to be "Public"? A: Yes. If your account is set to "Private," we won't be able to see your Story or your tag, which means we won't be able to include you in the raffle. You can set it back to private once the winners is announced!

Q: How will I know if I won? A: We will announce the winners on our social pages and reach out directly via Direct Message and Email (if provided). Make sure to check your "Request" folder and "Spam" folder so you don't miss us!

Q: Can I win cash instead of the prize? A: The prize is a specially selected gift from the ibrick team and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Official Rules

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by ibrick, Inc.(“we,” “our,” “us”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to active ibrick subscribers located in the United States.

Children may participate in this promotion only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Any actions required to enter (posting, tagging, messaging, etc.) must be performed by the parent or guardian.

No purchase or payment beyond an existing ibrick subscription is required to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins during the last week of January and ends on February 25 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period ends will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

Share a Story on Facebook or Instagram showing something built with ibrick (an invention or a favorite model) and tag ibrick (@ibrick_usa)

Only entries that complete all three steps will be considered valid.

There is no limit to creativity - any ibrick build may be shared.

5. Stories, Visibility & Technical Issues

We will like every Story that we successfully see and record.

If your Story disappears (for example, due to the 24-hour limit), your entry will still be counted.

If a Story fails to upload, tag, or register correctly, participants are welcome to repost it during the Giveaway Period.

ibrick is not responsible for platform glitches, tagging failures, or visibility issues, but we will make a good-faith effort to include all valid entries.

6. Prize

Three winners will receive a gift from ibrick - a $100 Amazon gift card.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. ibrick reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. WINNERS Selection

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period ends.

The winners will be contacted by email and/or direct message within a reasonable time after selection.

If the selected winners do not respond within a reasonable period, new winners may be selected.

8. Use of Submitted Content

By entering, participants grant ibrick a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, share, display, and publish any photos, videos, and media submitted as part of this giveaway for marketing, promotional, and community purposes, including on our website, social media, and advertising.

Participants confirm that they have the right to share the submitted content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected for this giveaway will be used only by ibrick for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. General Conditions

ibrick reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or other factors beyond our control.
