Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
ibrick subscriptions are commitment-based plans (3, 6, or 12 months). We offer a 14-day trial starting on the delivery date of your kit. If you cancel within this window, you’ll receive a full refund after the kit is returned. After the 14-day period ends, the plan runs to completion; mid-term cancellations are not eligible for refunds. You can turn off auto-renewal at term end.
Definitions
- Delivery Date: The date your kit is marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Trial Window: The 14 calendar days immediately following the Delivery Date.
- Plan Term: The commitment period you select (3, 6, or 12 months).
14-Day Trial (Full Refund)
- Eligibility: All subscription plans qualify.
- How to cancel within 14 days: Email Support@ibrick-k.com with your order number and “Trial Cancellation” in the subject line within the Trial Window.
- Return required: To receive a full refund, you must return the kit (with all parts) in the condition received.
- No-cost return label: We’ll issue a prepaid return label; you won’t be charged for the return shipping.
- Refund timing: A full refund is issued to the original payment method after we receive and check in the returned kit.
- Condition check: If items are missing or excessively worn/damaged, a reasonable deduction may apply to cover replacements.
Once the 14-day trial ends, the plan must be completed in full (see Section 4).
Plan Commitment & Mid-Term Cancellations (After Trial)
- By subscribing, you agree to complete the full term selected:
- 12-month plan: 12 payments of $29.99
- 6-month plan: 6 payments of $39.99
- 3-month plan: 3 payments of $59.99
- No mid-term refunds: After the trial window, early cancellation requests do not qualify for refunds. The plan continues through the end of the term.
Auto-Renewal & How to Stop It
- Auto-renewal: At the end of your term, the subscription automatically renews for the same term at the then-current rate (e.g., 12 months renews for another 12).
- Turn off renewal: Email Support@ibrick-k.com at least 3 days before your renewal date.
- Processed renewal charges are non-refundable.
Standard Returns (Outside the 14-Day Trial)
- Final sale: Kits are not returnable after the Trial Window.
- Unopened exception (if approved): Any exception must be pre-approved and the kit must be unopened and in original packaging. Email Support@ibrick-k.com for authorization.
Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival
- Damaged on arrival: We’ll replace the kit at no cost. Email Support@ibrick-k.com.
- Missing parts on arrival: We’ll ship missing pieces free of charge.
- Lost pieces after delivery: We can send replacements for a $15 shipping fee.
