Refunds
When subscribing to ibrick, you commit to the full duration of your selected plan.
Early cancellation requests do not qualify for refunds.
- By purchasing a 12-month subscription, you agree to 12 monthly payments of $29.99.
- By purchasing a 6-month subscription, you agree to 6 monthly payments of $39.99.
- By purchasing a 3-month subscription, you agree to 3 monthly payments of $59.99.
- You cannot cancel your subscription midway through, but you can cancel auto-renewal to prevent future charges once your subscription commitment term ends.
No mid-term refunds: Early cancellation requests do not qualify for refunds. The plan must be completed in full. - If you have any concerns about your subscription, please contact us at Support@ibrick-k.com before your next billing date.
Returns
- All ibrick kits are final sale and cannot be returned. Each subscriber receives a brand-new kit, which is intended for long-term use throughout the program.
- Returns are only accepted if the kit is completely unopened and in its original packaging.
- If you believe you qualify for a return, please email Support@ibrick-k.com for assistance.
- Opened kits cannot be returned under any circumstances.
